Introduction of PAHs polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons
PAHs ( polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons ) are also known as: Polyaromates, Polyaromatic Hydrocarbons . ( Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons PAHs) is a type of chemical substance formed when coal, oil, gas, wood, garbage or other organic matter is incompletely burned, there are more than 100 different types. They can be extracted and used as plasticizers. Some of them, such as Benzo (a) pyrene (benzopyrene a ) are classified as carcinogens, and some are suspected carcinogens.
PAHs Sixteen Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon Compounds
There are more than 100 , 10,000 different polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compounds. The vast majority of poly PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) do not exist alone in the environment,
They are often a mixture of two or more poly PAHs ( polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons ) . There are 16 PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) suspected of having carcinogenic effects .
