SRRC is the State Radio Regulatory Commission of the People's Republic of China SRMC certification (also known as SRRC certification). Since June 1, 1999, the Ministry of Information Industry (MII) of China has mandated that all Radio component products sold and used in China must obtain Radio Type Approval Certification. The State Radio Monitoring Center (SRMC), formerly known as the State Radio Regulation Committee (SRRC), is currently the only institution in mainland China that is authorized to test and certify radio model approval requirements.
At present, China has set a special frequency range for different types of radio transmission equipment, and not all frequencies can be legally used in China. In other words, all radio transmitting equipment sold or used in its territory will specify different frequencies. In addition, applicants must pay attention to the prescribed scope of certain radio transmission equipment, not only to apply for "radio type approval certification", but also to apply for China Compulsory Certification (CCC) or Network Access License (MII) approval.
The National Radio Monitoring Center is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Information Industry of the People's Republic of China. It is mainly responsible for radio monitoring and radio spectrum management, and is a supporting organization for radio management in China. The center has 10 offices, 1 national-level monitoring station, 8 national-level short-wave / satellite monitoring stations, 1 ultra-short-wave monitoring station and 1 data backup center. There are 152 existing staff, including 117 in Beijing, 35 outside Beijing, 119 with bachelor degree or above, accounting for 79% of the total number of employees. Among them, 96 have intermediate-level professional titles, accounting for 63% of the total number of employees. The center has always stood at the forefront of China's radio monitoring work, and has successfully completed daily monitoring, equipment testing, spectrum research and other tasks. Jian Qigong has played an irreplaceable role in the national radio management work.
In recent years, the center has continuously strengthened the construction of talent teams and technical facilities, and has effectively promoted the modernization and scientificization of radio management. At present, the national radio management information network has been basically completed, the national radio short-wave monitoring network and the national radio satellite monitoring network have begun to take shape, and the construction of ultra-short-wave monitoring networks in Beijing and surrounding areas is being stepped up. The center also has a radio equipment testing laboratory. At present, the center is committed to comprehensively improving the radio management support capabilities, and strive to make new contributions to the healthy development of China's radio industry.
